A Very Important Note on Fabric Selection (The "Grunge" Mandate):

Step 1: Print, Prep, and Saddle Up

Print all FPP patterns at 100% scale. Use lightweight newsprint paper so you don't accidentally rip your stitches out when tearing it away later.

Gather your glorious pile of fiery textured fabrics, a fresh rotary blade, and prepare your workspace.

Step 2: Taming the Light

Cut your pieces according to the templates. Label everything. If you mix up a shadowy eyelid with a golden mane sliver, your majestic steed is going to look like it has a very concerning medical condition.

Sew along the lines. Trust the lines. Breathe through the tiny, sliver-thin points of the mane.

Step 3: Assembling the Shadows
